What features do you have?
We Protectors provide full, encompassing connection protection. We have an advanced VPN with AES-256 encryption to keep your connection private. Even more, we have industry-leading security features like Don’t Call Me (spam/scam call screening), Leak Guard (dark web monitoring), and STD Shield (DNS filtering). You can also talk to us anytime, and we’re always here to provide expert security advice.
What advanced VPN features do you have?
You name it, we got it. Servers in 80+ countries, streaming optimization, multiple protocols, kill switch, always-on, split tunneling, and double hop functionality. We’re very impressive!
Do you track my browsing?
Nope. Hard pass. We don’t watch or log the sites you visit, and we prevent others from doing so. Your browsing should be private, and our job is to help you keep it that way.
What platforms do you support?
iOS, Android, PC, & Mac. If you’re holding a flip phone from 2006… we love the aesthetic, but we can’t help you.
How does billing work?
You can choose a monthly or annual plan during checkout. Annual plans come with big, built-in cost savings. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off — which you can do anytime.
Do you really have a 15-day money-back guarantee?
Yep – on annual plans purchased via our site. Try us out. If you’re not into awesome, life-changing protection, send us an email within the first 15 days and we’ll refund you. No guilt trips.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes, definitely. Every Partyhat subscription comes with 5 devices allowed per user. It’s a (device) party!
Do I need to configure anything after installing?
Only a few quick permission taps when first turning on the various features/functions – we’ll guide you through everything. Once you’re set up, we stay out of your way unless something needs your attention.
What happens if something on the dark web involves my info?
We’ll alert you and provide guidance on what to do next.
Do I have to be “techy” to use this?
Not at all. If you can open an app, you can use Partyhat. We handle the complicated stuff quietly in the background so you can live your life… protected.
Do you work on public WiFi?
Absolutely. Cafés, airports, hotels, your cousin’s sketchy guest network — we’ve got you protected with whatever connections you want to make.
Request Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly through the Partyhat mobile apps (go to Settings → Delete account), through the web app at app.getpartyhat.com (go to Profile → Delete Account), or by contacting support. To request deletion via email, please contact support@getpartyhat.com from the email address associated with your Partyhat account with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
For verification and to help us process your request, please include:
- Your account email address (required)
- Your full name (optional)
- Brief confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted
What will be deleted
Upon successful verification, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize the following data associated with your account:
- Account profile and credentials (email, hashed password or auth linkage)
- Device associations and app settings/preferences
- Spam call screening data tied to your account usage
- API keys, session/refresh tokens, and other authentication artifacts
- Support conversation history and attachments linked to your account
- Cache entries and processing artifacts associated with your account
- Analytics records linked to your account will be deleted or de-identified
What may be retained (as required)
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, for security, or for legitimate business needs:
- Fraud prevention and security logs (kept for a limited retention window)
- Aggregated and de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you
- Data preserved in encrypted backups until those backups naturally expire and are rotated
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests as quickly as possible and within 30 days in most cases. You will receive confirmation once the request has been fulfilled.
